  • LEASING FEE
    • 75% of first month rent.
      • Includes Listing, photos, showings, contract preparation, tenant screening and first month management fee
    • MANAGEMENT FEE
      • 8% of the monthly rent
        • Includes monthly monitoring of property, late notices if needed, monthly property settlement sheet, and processing the payment and paying you, the owner.
      • HOME INSPECTION
        • $75.00 per inspection
          • Includes written report and pictures.
        • VACANT HOUSE MONITORING
          • $150.00 per month
            • Includes weekly inspections and monitoring of homes that are vacant while the owner is away on business or extended vacations.
          • ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT
            • Monthly charges vary dependant on requested services and number of homes, condos, or townhomes in the association.
              • Services include maintenance fee collect, bank statement reconciliation, financial reporting, annual meeting support, monthly deed restriction violation report to name but a few.
            • VACATION RENTAL
              • Daily, weekly, and monthly rental packages available.
